Mark joined LE Law Solicitors in April 2018, having achieved Fellowship status from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in September 2016. Mark had previously gained a 2:1 Law Degree from Bristol, UWE in 2005 and a Master's Degree in Environmental Law from University College London in 2006.
Mark joined us from Slater and Gordon where he had spent over 6 years specialising in road traffic claims and consumer credit issues. He acquired an extensive knowledge of litigation in that time.
Mark deals with property law matters, including disputes between co-owners, orders for sale, party wall disputes, possession proceedings, service charge disputes and landlord and tenant disputes.
He also deals with debt matters, contract disputes and some employment law. Mark assists Neil Lloyd-Evans, the firm's principle, with his caseload.
Mark enjoys impressionist art, nature photography and playing 6-aside football in his spare time.
