We pride ourselves on being flexible wherever possible to help our clients. For example we offer
- Appointments in the home, hospital or workplace
- Communication by letter, fax, email, text message and phone
- Flexible payment options– fixed fee interviews, clear estimates, stage payments, and CFAs (no win no fee) for appropriate cases
- To provide limited assistance to those clients who prefer to run their own cases but need expert help from time to time
- Saturday and out of hours appointments by arrangement
Where our work comes from
We are proud that the vast majority of our work is either repeat business from satisfied clients, recommendations from clients, or referrals from other professionals (including solicitors and accountants) who are prepared to risk their own reputations by recommending us.
Our Clients
Many of our clients are individuals and businesses from the local community based in Loughton, Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill, Chingford, Woodford, East London, and West Essex. However we work with clients from all over the world who have issues that need to be resolved under the English legal system.
