Neil Lloyd-Evans
Neil qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and then worked in 3 different firms (both West End and local) specialising in a broad range of litigation for both commercial and private clients. He founded LE Law in 2000.
Neil's strength and expertise lies in dealing with all things contentious, whether it be employment issues, landlord/tenant, neighbour and property disputes, company or partnership fallouts, and debt collection work.
With over 30 years experience, Neil has dealt with most kinds of disputes, from multi million pound commercial cases to consumer claims.
Neil has a particular interest in contentious probate work including disputes between executors and beneficiaries, challenges to wills and Inheritance Act claims. In 2014 Neil was admitted to ACTAPS (the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) recognising his expertise in this field.
Neil also has vast experience of general private client work, including administering estates and trusts, preparing wills and powers of attorney, and handling proceedings in the Court of Protection.
Away from the law, Neil enjoys cryptic crosswords, pub quizzes, most forms of music and is attempting to learn the saxophone and harmonica.
